Synchronicity: The Inner Path to Leadership

Now this is not your conventional business book or 'how to' personal development guide.  Rather, it is an autobiography describing one man's personal journey.  It starts at a point in Jaworski’s life when he had achieved great ‘success’ in conventional terms around his law practice, although still felt dissatisfied with what he was doing with his life.  He makes the decision to ‘follow his bliss’ and to pursue a calling that has been building within him around creating a leadership forum that would help overcome some of the limitations of the past and present.

Over the years that follow, Jaworski comes to understand the world as an open interconnected system rather than a closed one, which is dynamic not static.  He comes to understand how relationships, and not things, are the organising principle of the universe.  The book describes that one man’s journey how, when we make true commitment in the sense of being prepared to surrender to our destiny, we attract the people we need to help us along the road and synchronicity, or apparent coincidences, occur.  Doors open, we operate in a state of flow and 'predictable miracles' occur as the universe unfolds around us.
