Refund Policy
Delivery Policy
All orders will be processed within 72 hours, and dispatched to the
customer with the exception of event tickets. All physical
products will be dispatched within 5 working days, or where this is not
possible, the customer shall be notified by email.
With event ticket orders:
i) All event tickets are delivered by email;
ii) Customers will receive confirmation of an event booking within 72
hours, however, tickets may not be issued until 1 week prior to the
event.
With all orders, the customer is responsible for ensure a valid email
address is provided.
Returns Policy
Our 14 day returns policy means that if for any reason you are unhappy
with your purchase, you can return the item in its original condition
within 14 days of receipt, unopened (with any seals intact) and we will
issue a full refund (see refunds policy)
for the price you paid for the item.
We are only able to accept returns of opened items if they are
faulty. Where possible, we will endeavour to replace the item.
To qualify for a 14 day return, the customer must contact us by phone
or email (see Contact us page for
details) to confirm the item will be returned within 10 days of receipt
of the item.
This returns policy does not affect your
statutory rights.
Refunds Policy
All items returned under Energy Alchemy's 14 day returns policy will
receive a full refund.
Delivery charges will be refunded in full for all returns under our
14 day returns policy.
Upon receipt of the item, we will process your return and notify you
by email of your refund (normally this will be processed via the same
form of payment used to purchase the item). We will endeavour to
have refunds processed within 2 weeks of receiving your item.
If you have any questions or queries regarding our refund policy,

policy does not affect your statutory rights.
