Mark Sharratt MSc is a motivational speaker, training facilitator and executive coach with a research background in business, science and spirituality.  Mark's passion is helping others to realise their potential and achieve their dreams, following his own journey of personal transformation. 

Indeed, in 2001 Mark was at rock bottom in his life, and it was only after the loss of his business that Mark started a journey of self-discovery that has taken him to the creative edge of human potential!

On this incredible journey, Mark overcame dyslexia, returning to university not only to achieve a Master's degree with distinction, but to have his research published internationally.

Mark’s academic success was followed by a new career in the world of multi-national corporations.  Using the tools he now shares through the Energy Alchemy program, Mark achieved an unprecedented

rise through the company ranks to his first management position within only two years.  Following this success, Mark was able to continue to progress his corporate career whilst simultaneously starting up two new businesses working with energy and human potential.

Mark's passion and purpose in life is now sharing the wonderful tools and insights that have helped transform his own life to enable others to do the same.  Energy Alchemy was launched to achieve this aim – a powerful program designed to unlock the hidden resources that lie dormant inside so many of us, enabling individuals and organisations to unlock their hidden potential to step us to and achieve what they are truly capable of.
