functional areas.
These opportunities will initially be on a part-time basis, and are for
entrepreneurial-minded individuals with the passion for personal
development and drive to

THE OPPORTUNITY: All these roles
are growing out of our expansion plans to build on the core foundation
of Energy Alchemy.
The roles will all be to a degree
results-driven, and available on a self-employed basis. The level
of time commitment required for each role is negotiable to meet the
right candidates requirements and can range from a few hours a week to a
few days. Applicants should have attended at
least one or more of Energy Alchemy's training programs.
The individuals we are looking to partner with should be aligned with
our vision and mission. Please see this short video below where

the business.
Graphic Designer: We are looking
to connect with an existing or recently qualified graphic designer with
an interest in personal and spiritual development. We have ongoing
graphic design requirements ranging from marketing and website
materials, to the design of roller-banners and even the design of our
logos for new events.
System Administrator:
Involves supporting the team on the technical side, and could range from
basic website updates, to business process design and definition.
Experience of using any of the following systems would be advantageous,
although not essential:
- InfusionSoft
- Microsoft FrontPage
- Eventbrite
- Excel (advanced)
Operations Manager: This role involves supporting and
managing the smooth operation of the core team, effectively ensuring the
parts of the business remain fluidly joined up and functioning
effectively.
Event Manager:
This role involves planning & delivering some of our larger events
catering for between 200 and 500 participants. The role will
involve working closely with the Operations team, whilst retaining
overall responsibility for event scoping & definition, project planning,
marketing, crew recruitment, registration and enrolment activity to
ensure the successful delivery of the events.
Business Development
Consultant: This key results-driven role exists for an individual
with good connections within the personal development industry.
The role involves building relationships to developing and open up
reciprocal marketing opportunities with other promoters and companies
with sizeable mailing lists to help promote our events and products.
For example, arranging for 'joint-venture' marketing exchanges, or
engaging potential
partners who may be interested in promoting EA events and products on an affiliate basis.
The right individual will be responsible
for significantly growing the business and future attendances at the
workshops.
Marketing
Consultant: This role
involves producing high quality marketing content (in written, audio and
video formats) to support the promotion of events and products via web
and email delivery methods. This role would also involve working
closely with our trainers to ensure their message is accurately
translated into any marketing collateral produced.
For example, creating an email strategy
to follow-up on the back of an event to continue to build the
relationship with clients and to introduce other
events and programs. This exiting opportunity will look to
leverage on the audio and video explosion we are currently seeing
online.
In addition, the ability to support the development and implementation of
our social media marketing
strategy would be a key area of opportunity.
Life Coach/Performance
Coach: We have a limited number of coaching opportunities for
those currently working or looking to build a career around life
coaching and/or business coaching. These opportunities are
limited, and preference will be given to individuals who are working in other
areas of the business, such as those above.
